1. Return Period In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. This right applies to all products, including those purchased at a discounted or sale price.

2. Conditions for Eligibility To be eligible for a return:
