3.1 How to Order Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Method We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery We deliver across all European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal As per European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right applies to all products, including those purchased at a discounted or sale price. You are responsible for returning the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
